Temporary to Permanent Placement is a new method of recruitment that significantly minimises the risk for both employers and candidates. This service provides both the client and candidate with the ability to ‘try before you buy’. The candidate is placed as a temporary employee and after a pre determined period of evaluation if the both the employer and candidate are satisfied then the role becomes permanent.
